About Atikameksheng Strong
Our Mission
To strengthen traditional Anishinaabe governance in Atikameksheng by ensuring that decision-making is transparent, participatory, and accountable to the people. Atikameksheng Strong exists to protect the community’s right to be heard, to demand fair processes, and to safeguard the future of our Nation through the preservation of both traditional and constitutional governance practices.
